We are very proud to announce that Rex Motor Company has been shortlisted as a finalist at the 2021 Isle of Man Newspapers Awards for Excellence. Rex Motor Co have been shortlisted in the 'Providing Excellent Customer Service' Category, which is open to any type and size of local organisation - large or small, public, private or voluntary sector. 

Sponsored by Pokerstars, the award looks for businesses that can demonstrate ongoing evidence of an organisation and its ability to understand/anticipate customer needs; respond rapidly to changing customer needs and/or complaints; and delivers service that is different from and better than competitors.

At the heart of the Rex Motor Company (‘Rex’) ethos is a razor-sharp focus on the needs of the customer. It has an objective to deliver the best customer service in the Isle of Man, not just in automotive retail.

 From day one, Rex has committed itself to delivering a dedicated, attentive and professional customer service to local residents and businesses.

Since the businesses inception, we have worked incredibly hard on our service levels, and for that to be recognised locally at such a prestigious awards ceremony, makes all of the hard work worth it.
