I would happily use Rex Motors again for finding me a car. I have never sourced a car before and was unsure how it works or what my budget would be but decided to give it a go as I could not find a model I was interested in on island. Chris was incredibly patient, listened to all my thoughts, added his expertise and found me a great car with a great spec for an amount I could afford comfortably. There was an issue on its arrival but the team dealt with it and as I had already sold my previous car by that point, they also lent me a beautiful car to drive whilst I waited. Their after sales service has been very good when a small issue appeared. They absolutely care about their customers and it shows. They are not pushy in their sales and are really helpful.

Just a quick message to say how impressed I've been with Anna Beth, and Rex, after buying a new Golf R from you guys a month or so ago.
The experience was really good - everything she said that she/Rex would do for me happened. Overall I felt I could trust her, and the overall business, to buy a car from. It can be a scary experience buying a car - so much money and so much risk (what if it breaks down, what if the car is a disaster etc etc).
She's a credit to Rex and I've already mentioned to a load of friends that they should come see you guys if they need a new car. We'll definitely be back!

We were looking for a new van and in particular a long wheelbase, low mileage van around 3 years old. Everyone we contacted had a storey to tell about how hard they were to find these days and how expensive it would be if they could even find one.
Ian Drake sourced 6 in around 2 hours, within 48 hours we had agreed a sale, Ian dealt with everything from that point and within a week we had the van in our fleet

After an issue with the previous car i had (bought from elsewhere), i went to Ian and explained i had been let down by it and needed some guarantees, he reiterated REX is there to help customers not just with Sales - but all the way through car ownership.
We needed the car from REX quickly due to an upcoming holiday, and Ian sorted it all within 48 hours.
I have had a minor issue or two, and after a message to the REX team, they have immediately got the car in and helped get it solved.
